Because our products are delivered electronically in downloadable digital formats, standard return practices for physical goods do not apply. Please review our policy below before completing your purchase.

1. Nature of Digital Goods

All products offered on thesmartpackets.com are intangible digital goods (including PDF worksheets, templates, videos, and digital bundles).

  • Once payment is completed, download links and file access are generated and delivered instantly to your provided email address and on the order confirmation screen.

  • Because digital files cannot be physically returned, inspected, or revoked once accessed, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the files have been downloaded or accessed.

2. Eligible Refund & Resolution Exceptions

We understand that technology can occasionally run into hiccups. We will gladly investigate and issue a full refund or provide a working replacement under the following conditions:

  1. Non-Delivery of Files / Technical Delivery Failure:

    • If you completed payment but did not receive your download link or automated delivery email within 24 hours, and our support team is unable to manually email or deliver your purchased files within 2 business days of receiving your notice, you are entitled to a full refund.

  2. Duplicate Payment / Accidental Multiple Orders:

    • If you were charged more than once for the same item due to a technical glitch during checkout, please notify us immediately with your transaction IDs. We will reverse the duplicate charge(s) without delay.

  3. Corrupted or Defective Files:

    • If a purchased file is corrupt, missing pages, or unreadable, please notify us right away. Our team will verify and supply an updated, functional download file. If we are unable to resolve the issue or provide a usable replacement within 3 business days, we will process a complete refund.

3. Ineligible Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted under the following scenarios:

  • Changing your mind after completing the checkout and downloading the files.

  • Accidental purchase where files have already been accessed or downloaded.

  • Inability to open or use files due to third-party software limitations or lack of standard PDF readers (we provide standard, universal formats compatible with virtually all modern devices).

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference where the delivered content matches the product description and preview images provided on the product page.

4. Order Cancellations

Because our fulfillment system is fully automated and delivers access immediately upon transaction approval, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

If you suspect you entered an incorrect email address during checkout, please email our support team immediately so we can update your order record and route your files to the correct inbox.

5. How to Request a Refund or Support

If your situation meets any of the eligible refund criteria listed above, please follow these steps:

6. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Once your refund request is approved, the credit will be automatically initiated to your original payment method (UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking).

  • In accordance with standard banking and payment gateway settlement cycles in India, refunds typically reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days (timelines may vary slightly depending on your issuing bank).
